1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering for, or using the qqasia service in any form, you are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to the full contents of these Terms & Conditions. This agreement is legally binding without requiring a physical signature. If you do not agree to these terms, you are not permitted to use the qqasia service.
These terms apply to all users who access the platform via desktop browser or mobile device, including users who are only browsing without creating an account. qqasia reserves the right to update these terms at any time and will notify users of significant changes through in-platform notifications.
Users who continue to use the service after changes to the terms are considered to have accepted the latest version. It is strongly recommended to check this page periodically to stay informed of the terms in effect.
2. Account Creation & Security
Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on qqasia. Creating more than one account per individual is a serious violation that may result in the closure of all associated accounts without prior warning. Users must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during the registration process.
Users are fully responsible for keeping their password confidential and for all activity that occurs under their account. qqasia will never ask for your password via email, message, or phone. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact the support team immediately and change your password.
Accounts registered with false information, including a name that does not match official identity documents, may be suspended during the KYC verification process. This verification must be completed before the first withdrawal can be processed, in order to protect all users.
3. User Obligations & Responsibilities
Users must use the qqasia service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with applicable regulations. Using the platform for fraud, money laundering, system manipulation, or any other illegal activity is strictly prohibited. Violations of this provision will be reported to the relevant authorities in accordance with applicable law.
Users are prohibited from attempting to hack, manipulate software, or use bots, automated scripts, or unauthorized tools to influence game outcomes or transactions. Any attempt to manipulate the system will result in permanent account suspension and forfeiture of the entire account balance.
Users are also responsible for ensuring that their use of this service does not violate the laws applicable in their jurisdiction. qqasia is not responsible for any legal consequences arising from use of the platform in jurisdictions that restrict such services.
4. Payment Information & IDR Transactions
All transactions on qqasia are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Users must ensure that the bank account or digital wallet used for deposits and withdrawals is registered under the same name as their qqasia account. Name mismatches may cause transaction delays or rejections.
qqasia is not responsible for processing delays caused by third-party banking system outages, network maintenance, or conditions beyond the platform's control. Processing time estimates shown on the payment page are indicative and do not constitute a guarantee.
Users are prohibited from initiating chargebacks or unilateral transaction cancellations through their bank or digital wallet provider. This is considered a serious violation and may result in account closure and forfeiture of the entire balance. If you have a transaction issue, you must contact the qqasia support team first.
Bonuses, vouchers, and promotions are subject to the respective rollover requirements stated in the applicable offer. qqasia reserves the right to cancel any bonus obtained through improper means or in violation of promotion terms.
5. Limitation of Liability & Intellectual Property Rights
qqasia provides its services on an "as-is" basis and does not guarantee that the platform will always be available without interruption. qqasia is not liable for any direct or indirect losses arising from the use or unavailability of the service, including losses resulting from technical disruptions, data loss, or user gameplay decisions.
All content on the qqasia platform, including logos, interface designs, brand names, text, and visual materials, is the intellectual property of qqasia or its licensed partners. Users are not permitted to copy, distribute, or use such content for commercial purposes without prior written consent from qqasia.
Links to third-party websites that may appear on the qqasia platform do not constitute an endorsement or guarantee of those sites' content. Users access third-party sites entirely at their own risk, and qqasia is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of those sites.
6. Account Policy: Suspension & Closure
qqasia reserves the right to temporarily or permanently suspend or close a user's account if there is evidence or strong indication of a violation of these terms, fraudulent activity, use of multiple accounts, or attempts to manipulate the system. This decision may be made without prior notice in urgent situations.
Users whose accounts have been suspended will receive a notification at their registered email address along with a brief explanation of the reason for the suspension, unless providing such notice would compromise an ongoing investigation. Users may submit an appeal through qqasia's official support channels.
Users may also voluntarily close their account at any time by contacting the support team. Before the account is closed, any remaining balance that meets the withdrawal requirements will be returned to the registered account after the verification process is complete. Bonus balances that have not met the rollover requirements cannot be withdrawn.
7. Changes to Terms & Governing Law
qqasia reserves the right to modify, add, or remove any part of these & Terms and Conditions at any time without specific notice for minor changes. For significant changes that affect user rights, qqasia will endeavor to provide reasonable notice via the platform or registered email.
These terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where qqasia operates. Any dispute arising from or related to the use of qqasia's services will be resolved through the mechanism determined by the platform's internal policies, with priority given to amicable resolution before any formal legal proceedings are pursued.
If any clause or section of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a competent court, the remaining sections shall continue in full force and effect. qqasia's failure to enforce any one provision does not constitute a waiver of any other provision.
